Police Intercept Three Suicide Bombers In Maiduguri

Three suicide bombers, two females and a male, were on Friday caught by policemen, the representative of the Police, Victor Isuku, told correspondents. 
Isuku in a message to our journalist said the occurrence happened at 3:50am at Jiddari Polo territory of the agitated town. 
He said: “By 3:50am today, mobile Police personnel on guard duty opposite the Federal High Court, Jiddari Polo area of Maiduguri, sighted three suspected suicide bombers (two females and a male) running towards their sandbag. 
"They (Police) requested them to an end for addressing. All the while, one of them exploded the Improvised Explosives Device strapped to her body, executing herself and one male assistant. 
"The other female survivor was captured alive and along these lines gave over to the military for further clarification and vital follow-up activities." 
He included that: "Police bomb transfer units additionally assembled to the scene to explode IEDs that have yet to detonate on the groups of the expired suicide planes." 
Isuku, who uncovered that there were two blasts, uncovered that: "The second blast was as an aftereffect of the explosion of the rest of the IEDs by Police EOD units." 
He however said: "Commonality has as of now been reestablished."
