[PHOTO] NNPC Managing Director, Esther Nnamdi-Ogbue’s Cook Steals Cash & Pieces Of Jewelry Worth $6m

According to Sahara Reporters, Gabel Segbedji, a cook who worked for Mrs. Esther Nnadi-Ogbue, a Managing Director at the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), has absconded with cash and pieces of jewelry worth $6million.The chef who is a Benin Republic national took off with the loot in a Toyota Camry car last Wednesday, the car also belonged his boss.

Segbedji was reportedly recommended for employment by her close friend, Toke Benson. Mrs Nnadi-Ogbue, whose daughter is set to wed later this month in London, is said to be totally devastated by the theft but didn’t report it to the police.

Mrs. Nnamdi Ogbue was the Managing Director of the Petroleum Products and Marketing Company (PPMC) before she was moved to Products Retail by then GMD of NNPC, Ibe Kachikwu, last year
